The U.S. Investing Championship, founded in 1983, is one of the world’s most respected real-capital investing competitions. Participants trade through verified brokerage accounts and submit audited account statements throughout the year-long contest. Final results are independently reviewed by Norman Zadeh, former professor of mathematics at Stanford University. The competition has attracted many legendary traders, including Paul Tudor Jones, Mark Minervini, and David Ryan.

The USD 1 million+ division, known as Money Manager Verified Ratings (MMVR), represents the competition’s highest-capital tier. In 2024, J Law captured first place in the MMVR division with a 353.9% annual return, setting a record performance and becoming the first Asian trader to win the title. In 2025, he returned to the MMVR division and secured first place for a second consecutive year with a 252.3% return, becoming the first Asian trader to win the championship twice.

The U.S. Investing Championship is a respected real-capital investing competition that requires all participants to trade through verified brokerage accounts and submit detailed account statements throughout the year-long contest.
